About

I lead multidisciplinary product teams across industrial design, UX/UR, packaging, engineering and manufacturing, working closely with software and product teams where the overall experience depends on both device and digital touchpoints.

My role is to help organisations define what to build, why it matters, and how to deliver it at a high standard especially where hardware, onboarding, app experience and brand all need to work together.

I’m most effective in products where reliability, clarity and repeat use determine whether something becomes part of everyday life. That means shaping the physical product with a strong understanding of the wider user journey, including setup, interaction, connected features and long-term experience.

How I work
